Using sports as a powerful tool for youth development, physical discipline, and community inclusion.
At Morichika Welfare Society, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to play, learn, and thrive, while every adolescent and woman deserves the opportunity to build skills and achieve economic independence.
Our Sports & Skill Development Programme uses sports as a powerful tool for child development, education, leadership, and social inclusion, while equipping adolescent girls and women with practical vocational skills that create sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Through football, running, skipping, physical fitness activities, and traditional childhood games, children develop confidence, discipline, teamwork, resilience, and healthy lifestyles. Alongside this, selected adolescent girls and women receive handicraft and vocational training, enabling them to gain employable skills, strengthen their confidence, and move towards financial independence through entrepreneurship.
